ASR's Hitch-Mounted Recovery Point is Machined in the USA out of a single block of aircraft-grade Aluminum. It is compatible with all standard 2" x 2" Hitch Receivers, and features an oversized 1.25" opening that is radiused to ensure optimal interface with synthetic line components such as Soft Shackles. The 55,000 lb MBS load rating and 1.25" opening diameter specs are machined into the face of this component, and the entire piece is anodized Black and marked with laser etching. It is cross-drilled and can be mounted 3 ways including on either the vertical or horizontal orientation, to take advantage of the best possible pull angle. Compatible with all standard 5/8" Class III/IV Tow Hitch Pins - we recommend Masterlock's Pivot-Lock Hitch Pin for ease of use.
